Amanda Dempsey

Amanda Dempsey has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Amanda is currently serving as the Vice President of Inside Sales at ParentSquare, a position they have held since February 2021. Before that, Amanda worked at McGraw-Hill Education from 2013 to 2021, initially as a PreK-12 Sales Representative and later as a Director of Inside Sales. In their role at McGraw-Hill, they built and developed the Inside Sales Team to achieve multi-million dollar revenue targets and implemented data analytics strategies to optimize resource allocation. Amanda also gained experience as an Inside Sales District Manager, where they used data to drive sales and marketing decisions. Prior to their time at McGraw-Hill Education, Amanda worked as an Account Executive at Pearson North America from 2008 to 2013 and as a Sales Representative at Farnsworth Wholesale Company from 2006 to 2008. Amanda began their career in sales at The Great Indoors in 2002. Throughout their career, Amanda has consistently exceeded sales goals and demonstrated strong leadership abilities.

Amanda Dempsey earned their high school diploma from Corona Del Sol in 2001. Amanda then attended Ottawa University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a B.A. in Secondary Education with a focus on History. In 2009, Amanda enrolled at the University of Phoenix and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2011. Additionally, they pursued another master's degree at the University of Phoenix during the same time, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Before their enrollment at Ottawa University, they briefly attended California State University, Northridge in 2001-2002, without earning a degree.
