Anna W. has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Anna began their career as an Intern Probation Officer at Delaware County Probation and Parole in 2011. Anna then interned in the Social Work Department at The Arc of Chester County before joining J.G. Wentworth as a Sr. Account Executive/ASL- Life Contingent. At J.G. Wentworth, they purchased structured settlements and annuities and assisted clients through the underwriting process. Anna then transitioned to the role of IT and Business Recruiter at Intelligent Capital Network in 2015. In 2016, they became a Partnership Coordinator at Laurel Springs School, where they managed client orders and inquiries. Anna then served as a Partner Development Manager at Moves For Seniors in 2017, where they developed relationships with senior living communities and handled partnership operations. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Culture Solutions Coordinator at Energage, contributing to employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives. In 2019, Anna joined Profound Technologies as an Account Executive, delivering customer experiences and solutions. Most recently, they served as Chief Customer Officer at Dakota from 2020 to 2023, overseeing customer relationships and implementation. Anna is currently the Director of Customer Success and Implementation at ParentSquare, a position they have held since 2023.
