Fausto W. is currently a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer at Pareto.AI, a position held since October 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Gatik, where Fausto designed a scalable multi-tenant SaaS platform for Autonomous Vehicle trips and developed core backend services. At Ordergroove, Fausto contributed as a Full Stack Engineer, developing merchant-facing features and integrating backend services with a Shopify app. While at Dock, Fausto led the creation of an open-source Python library for Verifiable Credentials and implemented an OAuth2 provider for partners. Additionally, Fausto played a key role in transitioning Remote.com from a monolithic architecture to microservices, significantly improving system security and performance. Fausto holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, both from Chalmers University of Technology.
