Patrick Otto

Patrick Otto has been working in the software development industry since 2008. Patrick started their career at bitExpert AG, where they held the roles of Teamleiter, Technischer Projektleiter and Software-Entwickler & Architekt. Their responsibilities included leading a software development team, designing and implementing development processes and best practices, employee development, consulting customers to find the right solution, and planning, software-design and coordination of web projects. In 2016, they moved to Lufthansa Industry Solutions, where they served as an Agile Coach and Software Architecture Consultant. Most recently, they began working at Paretos in 2021 as a Customer Success Lead.

Patrick Otto completed their Master of Software Engineering in Informatik from Hochschule Mannheim in 2008, having started their studies in 2003.
