Lee Gray

Lee Gray has over a decade of experience in recruitment, currently serving as Principal Recruitment Specialist in Talent Acquisition EMEA at PAREXEL since July 2011. This role involves supporting clinical research initiatives aimed at accelerating the delivery of lifesaving treatments. Prior to PAREXEL, Lee was a Permanents Manager at Reed from June 2004 to June 2011, specializing in Permanent and Interim Contract solutions while managing the recruitment process and fostering client relationships. Lee holds a degree in Sport Science from Canterbury Christ Church University, obtained in 2002.
