Bruno Reis

Bruno Reis has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Bruno is currently the Head of Programme at Parfin since May 2021. Prior to this, Bruno worked at BTG Pactual for 14 years, starting in April 2007. During their time at BTG Pactual, they held various roles, including IT Project Manager - Associate Director. In this position, Bruno was responsible for managing IT compliance and IT anti-fraud teams. Bruno also played a crucial role in implementing the Core Banking project for digital payment and credit card processing. Additionally, Bruno served as the Manager of the Fixed Income and OTC Change the Bank team from 2011 to 2018. Prior to their tenure at BTG Pactual, Bruno worked briefly as a System Analyst at Top Down Sistemas, where they were responsible for the analysis phase of IT projects and preparing the company for MBS-BR certification. Bruno's career started as a Systems Developer at Pix Software in 2005, where they developed and maintained systems for Globo Comunicações e Participações S.A.

Bruno Reis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ciência da Computação from the Universidade Federal Fluminense, which they completed between 2000 and 2005. Bruno then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Análise, Projeto e Gerenciamento de Sistemas from Estácio from 2006 to 2007. In 2012, Bruno attended Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gerenciamento de Projetos, completing it in 2013.

In terms of certifications, Bruno Reis is a Certified Project Management Associate, obtained from IPMA: International Project Management Association in July 2021. Bruno is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner, acquired from Scrum Alliance in December 2019. As of June 2017, Bruno holds the certification of a Certified Scrum Master, also granted by Scrum Alliance. In April 2015, they obtained the PMI-PMP certification from PMI® - Rio de Janeiro Chapter.
