Riko Muttik

Riko Muttik founded the company PARiM in 2012, where they served as the CEO. Riko recognized the weaknesses in existing HR software packages and worked closely with organizations to develop a solution that fills a gap in the HR market. Prior to founding PARiM, Riko Muttik was the Director of Business Development at Codewizer IT Solutions Ltd from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they worked as a Software Project Manager in London from 2010 to 2011. From 2006 to 2011, they were an In-House Web Developer and Technology and Research Manager at Euriko LLC.

Riko Muttik began their education at the University of Tartu in 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics. Riko completed this program in 2009. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, Riko Muttik attended the same university to undertake a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management.
