Clare Booth

Clare Booth is currently the Director of Employment Law & Policy at Parity Technologies, a position they have held since 2023. They previously served as a Senior Employment Counsel at IBM from 2020 to 2023 and worked as an employment counsel in various roles at institutions such as the Royal Bank of Scotland, Visa Europe, and Simmons & Simmons LLP. Clare began their legal career as a solicitor at Wrigleys Solicitors and has amassed extensive experience in employment law over the years. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence at Oxford University.
