Mark Diffley is an accomplished CFO and certified public accountant with over 25 years of experience in high-growth organizations. They currently serve as an Expert at Primary, a leading early-stage venture firm in New York City, and as the interim CFO at Parity Technologies. Previously, they held key financial leadership roles at Hawkfish, Blink Health, and KAYAK, among others, where they contributed to pre-IPO preparations and acquisitions.
