We believe the future of work should be inclusive, practical, and human-centred.

Our mission is to support workforce participation, capability development, and economic inclusion by helping individuals, communities, and small businesses build confidence and opportunity using AI-enabled tools and technologies.

ParityWorks delivers programs, partnerships, and initiatives focused on:

• AI capability and confidence building
• Workforce transition and future skills
• Entrepreneurship and economic participation
• Small business AI adoption and uplift
• Inclusive and responsible enterprise AI practices

We work across industry, government, education, and community sectors to ensure the opportunities created by AI are accessible to more people - not fewer.

Our vision is a future where technology expands participation, capability, and opportunity for everyone.
