Blake Gebhardt is a multifaceted professional with diverse experience in sports management, engineering, coaching, and research. As Equipment Manager for SMU Football, Blake managed team inventory and collaborated with coaching staff and players. In the role of Peruna Handler, Blake served as an ambassador for SMU and the live mascot, Peruna. Previous positions include Lifeguard and Head Swim Coach for the City of Santa Clarita, where Blake coached children and ensured safety during swim activities, and Automation Engineer Intern at Allstate, identifying automation opportunities. Blake’s research experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the Shuler Museum of Paleontology, focusing on fossilized sea life.
