Ryan Gathmann

Ryan Gathmann is a seasoned professional in the fields of architecture and technology, currently serving as Principal at Pariveda since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Technology at William Ryan Homes, where efforts focused on modernizing home building through technology, and VP of Product at TestFit Inc. Ryan has also contributed as a Strategic Advisor at Gradient since July 2023. Previous positions at Parafin involved leading architectural and technology initiatives, while experience at O'Brien Architects and HKS included managing design technologies and computational design strategies for major NFL stadiums. Ryan holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University.
