Consulting
Park Li focuses on the leadership side of strategy - creating a strategic agenda and building the understanding, ownership and alignment necessary to execute it.

Park Li helps companies answer basic questions of strategy by offering solutions across business needs, particularly in applied strategic leadership, performance management and organizational change. They help formulate strategy and then stay with the company to establish the momentum required for effective execution.

Training
Park Li develops training programs that build skills and behaviors necessary to drive strategy, often in support of its consulting efforts.

They were pioneers in the application and design of large-scale behavioral simulations and their training ranges from:

- Business Model and Skills Training (finance for non-financial managers, building out the understanding of how a company makes money, etc.) 

E-Learning
Park Li prepares, designs, and provides custom online training to employees on a wide range of topics. They have over 15 years of experience developing e-Learning programs including the gold WorldMedal award-winning CD-ROM, Bridging Cultures™. 

Park Li’s e-Learning courses can be used in conjunction with its consulting efforts to achieve a strategic objective or as its own program to convey specific information or instruction to an organization.
