Simon Pélisson has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering and support. Simon started their career at Troc de l'île in Avignon as an intern, where they maintained infrastructure and provided technical support to users. Simon then interned at Exantis SSII, configuring and maintaining Microsoft Terminal Server platforms. Simon also completed an internship at Université Catholique de Lyon, where they migrated a SendMail server to a Microsoft Exchange Server. Simon then extended their internship to finalize the installation and train users.

In 2003, Simon joined Centre Hospitalier d'Avignon, where they held various roles.
