With the appointment of each new building, the team first and foremost listens to the residents' associations and clients to assess their issues, challenges and concerns before responding or putting systems in place that can be tailored to address their needs.  Many clients move to Park because they feel they are not being listed to properly or at all.  

The company was set up because its owner was frustrated by the poor level of service he was experiencing as a client from his factor.
