Mackenzie Murrell is currently the Director of Employee Experience at Park West, where Mackenzie manages employee onboarding, training, and develops people-focused initiatives. Previously, Mackenzie worked at Houzz as an Account Executive and Associate Account Executive, assisting industry professionals in growing their business. Mackenzie also has experience as a Talent Manager sourcing and recruiting talented candidates. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
