Park9 is Toronto’s premier destination for dog playcare, cat and dog boarding, grooming, and personalized pet‑care services. With more than two decades of experience, we have built a trusted reputation for creating safe, enriching, fully supervised, and completely cage‑free environments where pets can play, relax, and thrive.

Across our purpose‑built locations, dogs enjoy large‑format playcare with all‑day socialization, structured enrichment, and hands‑on supervision supported by live webcams for full transparency. Our resort‑style boarding offers spacious suites, indoor and outdoor play areas, and attentive 24/7 care. We also have a dedicated cat wing provides a calm, comfortable space designed specifically for feline guests.

For pets who benefit from a quieter, individualized experience, our Private Style Boarding & Daycare provides a customized, one‑on‑one routine. Private Style guests enjoy a personal suite, individualized support, and tailored activities such as pool time, cuddle sessions, solo play, or adventure walks. These are ideal for dogs who are not spayed/neutered, prefer non‑social settings, or need dedicated behavioural support.

Park9’s grooming and spa services focus on calm, gentle, and stress‑free care. Our groomers use natural, pet‑safe products and a cage‑free approach to keep dogs comfortable. Each session is tailored to the dog’s needs, from tidy‑ups and full grooms to de‑shedding, nail care, and baths. With thoughtful handling and clear communication, we help pets look and feel their best in a relaxed environment.

Park9 offers a convenient shuttle service between our Downtown and Pearson YYZ locations. This service ensures seamless transportation for boarding guests, helping reduce stress on busy travel days.

At Park9, we are committed to transparency, trust, and doing the right thing. Our goal is simple: to offer exceptional care, meaningful connection, and a place where every dog and cat can have their best day every day.
