Brody Nelson

Co-Founder at Parkable

Brody Nelson has a diverse work experience ranging from founding and managing their own companies to working as a teacher and security analyst. In 2015, they co-founded Parkable and served as the Founder and Director. In this role, they were responsible for the digital strategy and technical implementation of the Parkable platform, as well as the recruitment and management of technical staff. Brody also founded Translate Digital in 2013, a digital production company where they produced various digital products for clients. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Director at Aura. Additionally, Brody has freelanced as an iOS Developer for various companies such as Digital Projects, Koffecup, Wallace HCL, Crate Enterprises, and MGM, where they designed and developed mobile applications. Brody also worked as a teacher at ACG Parnell College and as a Security Analyst at Datacom.

Brody Nelson attended Auckland Grammar School from 1993 to 1997. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following their time at Auckland Grammar School, Brody attended The University of Auckland from 1998 to 2002. Brody obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a major in Computer Science. After a brief break, Brody returned to The University of Auckland in 2006 and completed a Graduate Diploma in Teaching in 2007.
