Prosenjit Das

Prosenjit Das is an experienced APAC Growth Leader specializing in digital transformation, data strategy, and AI-driven innovation initiatives. Currently serving as Head of Business at Parkar, Prosenjit develops enterprise-wide strategies and leads the scaling of global capability centers. Previously, Prosenjit held leadership roles in human resources at Parkar Digital and Expedia, where significant achievements included building and scaling technology teams and establishing recruitment frameworks. Prosenjit holds a PGDPM from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and an EDPHRM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
