Laura Wright

Laura Wright is an Associate Attorney at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since September 2021. Previously, Wright served as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the USPTO, where responsibilities included reviewing trademark registration applications and defending appeals before the TTAB. Prior experience includes roles as a Litigation Research Consultant at Jury-X LLC, an IP Clinic Student Participant at the University of North Carolina School of Law, and various legal internships at TOSHIBA Global Commerce Solutions, Inc., Square 1 Bank, and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Wright began their legal career as a paralegal at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a degree in Public Policy Studies and Spanish from Duke University.
