Will Esser

Will Esser is a Banking & Finance Litigation Partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, with over two decades of experience in the Creditors Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group within the Litigation Department. Prior to this role, Will Esser served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul J. Kelly at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from 1999 to 2000. Will Esser holds a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School, earned between 1996 and 1999, and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Belmont Abbey College from 1993 to 1995.
