Todd E. Stiggins P.e.

Todd E. Stiggins, P.E. serves as the Principal and Environmental Group Lead for Municipal Solid Waste at Parkhill since December 2015, overseeing capital improvement projects in Texas and Oklahoma. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Terracon, where Todd managed landfill construction projects exceeding $2 million, and as a Project Engineer at Biggs & Mathews Environmental, directing projects with budgets over $50 million. Todd's earlier positions include Staff Engineer roles at TRC Companies, Inc. and Sage Environmental Consulting L.P., and an Air Quality Engineering Research and Teaching Assistant position at Texas Agricultural Experiment Station. Todd holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Engineering and Agricultural Systems Management from Texas A&M University.
