Blake Elder

Blake Elder has a diverse work experience in the fields of commercial real estate, enterprise sales, business development, and operations. Blake currently serves as the Head of Commercial Real Estate at ParkHub since January 2023. Before that, they worked as the VP of Enterprise Sales at Tappit from June 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, they held several roles at ParkHub including SVP of Sales from June 2021 to April 2022, VP of Sales from November 2018 to April 2022, Director of Business Development for the West Region from January 2018 to November 2018, Senior Account Manager from June 2017 to January 2018, and Operations Manager from July 2016 to June 2017. Blake also worked as a Strategy Business Development professional at Ticket Finders USA Inc from April 2015 to July 2016. Earlier in their career, they had various roles at StubHub including Regional Supervisor from August 2013 to April 2015, Senior Regional Operations Coordinator from August 2013 to February 2014, and Regional Operations Coordinator from October 2011 to August 2013. Blake began their career at CUMULUS MEDIA as part of the 1310am The Ticket team from February 2009 to October 2011.

Blake Elder attended Texas Tech University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their Bachelor's of Arts degree in Electronic Media and Communications. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of North Texas from 2009 to 2011 and earned their Master's of Arts degree in New Media Studies.
