Since opening its doors in 2008, Parkmall has revolutionized the mall experience in Cebu with its refreshing design and relaxing ambiance reminiscent of a park in the early days. Situated in the heart of Mandaue City, Parkmall is the catalyst of the burgeoning of the Mandaue Reclamation Area. What was once an abandoned warehouse is now a shopping and dining destination with an increasing foot traffic that continues to attract more businesses in the area.

The two-level mall is the centerpiece of a sprawling property of lush, landscaped parks – a welcome addition to Mandaue’s flourishing cityscape. These open spaces make Parkmall a haven for pets, families and groups of friends, as well as a venue for fitness activities, music festivals and food markets, among others.

Along the facade of the mall is the longest stretch of outdoor dining in Cebu. Parkmall’s wide variety of cuisines from around the world nestled right beside the gardens makes it Cebu’s al fresco dining destination. It also offers an extensive range of retail and entertainment, along with a number of unique features.

DESTINATION OF THE YEAR
Throughout its eight years of operation, Parkmall has stayed true to its nature of being a trailblazer. It has continuously created habit-forming events and promotions, such as the regular dance fitness activities, and has pioneered in record-holding and unprecedented campaigns, such as the 36-Hour Non-Stop Sale and the Pet Festival Philippines.

These efforts were recognized by the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry when they awarded Parkmall as Mandaue City’s Destination of the Year for the mall’s contribution to the economy of Mandaue City and for its innovations in marketing and property development. This award was given to Parkmall on September 2016 during the first ever Mandaue Chamber Awards which recognized different companies, personalities and institutions in Mandaue City that have given pride to the city and have contributed to its prosperity.
