In 2007, Michael founded Iamele & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in business strategy and sales consulting for small businesses. Michael provided consulting services to clients such as MetroTech-Net, Inc., The Bolton Group, and the Archdiocese of Atlanta.
Michael joined ParkMobile, LLC in 2016, starting as a Regional Sales Manager and progressing to the role of Commercial Sales Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Inside Sales at ParkMobile, where they oversee sales operations.
