Craig Holmes has over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on business development and sales. Craig started their career as a Senior Client/Business Development Coordinator at Delon Hampton & Associates, where they supervised and trained the marketing staff, conducted market research, and prepared technical proposals. Craig then served as the Director of Business Development/Marketing at GRIMM AND PARKER ARCHITECTS, where they were responsible for managing market research, business development, and strategic planning efforts. Craig also worked as the Director of Business Development/Northern Region at ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC, where they called on C-level executives and managed a team of professionals.

Additionally, Craig held the role of Vice President of Business Development at Harbor View Construction, focusing on client relations and new business opportunities. Craig later worked as an Account Executive and Senior Inside Sales Executive at CoStar Group, where they managed a sales territory, called on Fortune 500 companies, and provided consulting services. Craig also worked as a Regional Director of Sales at Planned Companies and an Insurance Agent at Insphere Insurance Solutions.

Most recently, Craig held the position of Senior Architectural Building Envelope Specialist at DuPont, where they provided consulting and training for the successful installation of building materials. Craig also served as an Architectural Building Envelope Specialist at DowDuPont - Performance Building Solutions, driving sales and market share growth.

Throughout their career, Craig has consistently demonstrated their expertise in sales, business development, and client relations.

Craig Holmes has a diverse education history. In 1985, they obtained an Associates Degree in Architecture & Planning from Mercer County Community College. In 1987 and 1989, they attended Howard University and earned a degree in Architecture, followed by a degree in Architecture Engineering. During the same time period, from 1988 to 1989, they also received a Certificate in Marketing and Business Management from Montgomery Community College in Rockville, MD. In 1994, Craig attended the Shipley Writing Institute. In recent years, from 2013 to 2016, they pursued further education at DuPont Building Knowledge University, where they earned the Certified Commercial Specialist designation in 2013 and became a Senior Certified Commercial Specialist in 2014, specializing in Commercial Building Science, Commercial Building Materials, and Building Envelope.
