Operations Manager at Parkson Group

Danny Chin is an experienced operations and retail manager with a proven track record in flagship store launches and management. At Parkson Group since October 2015, Danny has played a key role in launching the first flagship stores for SPAO, MIXXO, WhoAU, and SHOOPEN, encompassing all aspects of recruitment, training, and operations management. Prior to this, Danny served as Retail Manager at Cotton On Group from May 2013 to October 2015, overseeing a flagship store with an annual turnover of RM11 million and successfully maintaining budgetary goals. Danny's earlier experience includes a role as Pioneer Visual Merchandiser at H&M, where responsibilities included maintaining high visual standards for the store's opening, and as Senior Executive in Visual Merchandising at Wing Tai Garment Industrial Holdings Limited, managing display design for multiple stores. Danny holds a Diploma in Computer Studies/Programming from Institute Loyal I.T.A. (MY).
