Parkville Management aims to designate Hartford as the ultimate destination to live, work and play! Under CEO and founder Carlos Mouta's leadership, the company has over 15 buildings throughout Hartford, including both residential and commercial spaces. A dedicated on-site staff knows the inner workings of each property, which are located in vibrant neighborhoods boasting small businesses, entertainment, restaurants, and quick access to highways.

Nearly all of Parkville Mangement's buildings were erected as factories at the turn of the 20th century and have been renovated with up-to-date amenities, fixtures, and utilities. The spirit of innovation lives on in commercial suites: home to artists, entrepeneurs, wellness centers, and musicians. Residential units offer lofted ceilings, original hardwood floors, and enormous windows with views of the Capitol City. 

Parkville Management's most recent success is Parkville Market, Connecticut's first food hall, located in the heart of Parkville. Ongoing projects include a coffee shop and event space at 30 Arbor Street, and the renovation of 237 Hamilton Street into a mixed use building.
