Kyle Burd is the Vice President and Managing Director of Parkway, overseeing the daily operations of the Parkway Properties Tampa portfolio of office buildings. With a focus on enhancing leasing processes and building operations, Kyle aims to provide exceptional office space and service for Parkway customers. They have 20 years of experience as an industrial and investment property broker at CB Richard Ellis, specializing in acquisition and disposition transactions across various property types. Kyle has actively invested in real estate since the early 1990s and holds a Master’s degree in Communication from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
