Nathan Roane

Nathan Roane has extensive experience in the property management industry. Nathan began their career as a Maintenance Technician at Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC in 2002 and worked there until 2012. Nathan then joined Cassidy Turley as an Engineer, and later became an Operating Engineer. In 2013, they transitioned to Cousins Properties Incorporated as a Grade 2 Engineer and worked there until 2016. Currently, Nathan is employed at Parkway Property Investments, where they have held several roles including Building Engineer I, Senior Building Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, and currently as the Chief Engineer.

Nathan Roane attended the Stationary Engineer Apprenticeship School (BOMI) from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a SMA degree in Engineering. No further information is available regarding additional certifications or obtained dates.
