Manish Kumar has over a decade of experience in the beverage production industry, currently serving as a Production Manager at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd since March 2014. Prior roles at Parle Agro include Shift Incharge - Production, Sr. Shift Engineer, and Shift Engineer, where responsibilities included ensuring quality production and maintaining operational data. Prior to joining Parle Agro, Manish Kumar worked as a Shift Engineer at Lumbini Beverage Pvt Ltd and as an Engineer at Satna Solvent Pvt Ltd. Manish Kumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, obtained in 2010.
