Thomas LAFITTE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, project management, and business development within the Oil & Gas and renewable energy sectors. Since July 2019, Thomas has served as the Country Manager for Parlym International Congo, overseeing the company's operations and development activities. Previous roles at Parlym include Business Manager, where responsibilities encompassed technical assistance and the establishment of new branches in Congo and Gabon. Prior to their tenure at Parlym, Thomas held positions at 5C AFRIQUE as an Associate & Project Manager focused on energy needs analysis and sustainable development projects across several Central African countries. Thomas's earlier experience includes roles in project assistance and management at TIGF and 3C Metal, along with a strong educational foundation in mechanical engineering from ESTIA and the Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
