Michael Holmes

Michael Holmes has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Regional Project Manager for Construction at Wells Real Estate Funds for four years. Michael then moved on to become a Senior Analyst in Acquisitions at the same company for a year. In 2007, they joined Parmenter as Vice President in Acquisitions & Asset Management, a position they held for three years. From 2010 to 2015, Michael served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Southeast Region at Parmenter. In 2016, they became the Principal for the Southeast Region and Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at the same company until 2018. In 2018, they rejoined Parmenter Realty Partners as their Chief Operating Officer.

Michael Holmes attended Creighton Preparatory School from 1994 to 1997. From 1997 to 2000, they studied at Marquette University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1999, they briefly attended St. Clare's where they focused on Political Science and English Literature without obtaining a degree.
