Riina Pärn, the founder and head of the company, is a licensed Estonian and EU Trademark Attorney since 2004, working and practicing in the field for over 20 years. She is admitted to the Chamber of Estonian Patent Attorneys. Before establishing her own company in 2021, she had been working with INTELS Estonia since 1993. Riina has extensive experiences in trademark and domain name enforcement and litigation, prosecution and strategy practices, she works as an ADR Panellist (for .eu and .ee) and is active in professional organisations (e.g. ECTA). She has handled the cases also for globally known brands.

As our core team is small we have time to concentrate on the specific needs. Our long experience and outstanding clients have made us stand out on the global scale. We believe that every client is unique so in addition to standard procedures we evaluate long term strategies as well.
