Sergio Pardo

Sergio Pardo, P.E. has had a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2002 at Lerfald Landscaping as a Project Manager, Sergio worked on high-end projects such as retaining walls. Sergio then joined Kraus-Anderson Construction Company as a Project Manager, overseeing the administrative direction and overall performance of projects. In 2008, Sergio joined the Washington Group division of URS as a Construction Engineer III, supporting the construction field in compliance with project specifications. Sergio then worked at LES, URENCO as a Building Manager, involved in field work, estimating, project management, and risk management. Sergio later joined Saulsbury as a Project Manager and PCL Construction as a Project Manager, delivering construction projects in the industrial sector of the energy market. Currently, Sergio is the President and CEO of ParPal LLC, a role they have held since 2014. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Project Manager at NuScale Power.

Sergio Pardo, P.E. holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Industrial de Santander, obtained between 1995 and 2001. Sergio later pursued a Master's degree in Engineering from Dunwoody College of Technology in 2006. In 2007-2008, they completed a Master of Science degree in Infrastructure Management Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Sergio also has additional certifications including a Professional Engineering License from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors obtained in 2012, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute received in 2010. Most recently, they participated in the Owner President Management (OPM) Executive Program at Harvard Business School from 2023 to 2025.
