Carlos Ballesteros

Carlos Ballesteros is a seasoned Quality Manager with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in contract manufacturing and engineering. Currently at PARPRO Corporation since May 2019, Carlos focuses on managing the Quality System and Quality Assurance, successfully reducing defect parts and enhancing on-time delivery. Previous roles include Quality Manager at Lumenance, LLC, where Carlos improved quality culture through employee training, and Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at Commercial Vehicle Group, where Carlos led quality and EHS teams across multiple facilities.
