Jared Hummel

Jared Hummel is the current President at PARQA. Prior to this, they were the Operations Manager/Controller at Minneapolis St. Paul Plumbing Heating Air from January 2016 to February 2017. Jared was responsible for the company's record growth of 30% while exceeding 2015 net profit % by 2.5 times. Jared managed 30+ employees and was in charge of all financial reporting, cash flow and budgeting. Jared also built and managed all production performance metrics and analysis, and developed and implemented BirddogHR, a web based HRIS system.

From February 2017 to July 2017, Hummel was Principal at Averie James Consulting. Jared was retained by the company on a 6-month contract to lead turnaround efforts of a cash flow negative operation. Jared realigned 3 of 5 divisions that were not profitable while beating 2016 revenue and profitability. Jared also negotiated with vendors to pay down debt, and coached the owner and GM on business principles, leadership and metrics. Additionally, they implemented meeting structure to increase communication, and worked with the owner and GM to build a budget.

Hummel's previous role was Chief Executive Officer at Kinnix Group LLC from January 2013 to December 2015. Before that, they were Corporate Accounting Manager at Gittleman Management Corporation from January 2011 to January 2013.

Jared Hummel has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hamline University in Financial Management and Political Science.
