John Baxter

John Baxter has extensive experience in the security industry, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Parrish Security Group since April 2017, where responsibilities include managing daily operations, scheduling, hiring, training, and client retention. Before this, John held the role of Operations Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. for a brief period in late 2016, where duties involved patrolling and monitoring security systems. Early career experience includes working as a Maintenance Technician at Bell Shoals Baptist Church and as a floating Security Officer, gaining skills in CCTV installation and a comprehensive understanding of client needs. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of West Florida, achieved in 2016.
