Jon Pilon

Jon Pilon, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jon has held various executive finance positions in both private and public sectors. Currently, Jon is serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Parry Labs, where they oversee financial operations and solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense and commercial aerospace companies.

Before joining Parry Labs, Jon worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Federal Resources Supply Company, where they played a key role in managing financial activities for the organization from 2015 to 2022.

In 2014, Jon established their own company called The Jon Pilon Group LLC, where they worked as the Principal. During this time, they gained valuable experience in providing financial consulting services.

Prior to that, in 2014, Jon served as the Chief Financial Officer at Force 3, Inc., a privately-held value-added reseller specializing in network hardware and services for government agencies.

From 2010 to 2014, Jon held the position of Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc., where they managed financial systems, SEC reporting, and internal controls.

Before that, Jon worked as the Vice President - Corporate Controller at Genesys Conferencing, a multimedia collaboration and software-as-a-service provider, where they played a crucial role in rebuilding the global accounting team.

Earlier in their career, Jon served as the Director of Finance at PAREXEL International, a leading global clinical research organization.

Jon started their career at Deloitte, where they gained extensive experience in auditing and was promoted to Audit Manager. Jon also had a short-term assignment in Johannesburg, South Africa, supporting a Boston-based client.

Jon began their professional journey as an Audit Senior at Coopers & Lybrand, where they provided audit services.

Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting, SEC reporting, internal controls, and system improvements.

Jon Pilon CPA completed their high school education at Simsbury High School from 1985 to 1989. Jon then pursued higher education at the College of the Holy Cross, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from 1990 to 1994.
