Bobby Simpson

Bobby Simpson has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Bobby is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Parse AI, a position they took on in 2021. Prior to this, Bobby served as the President of Harbinger Land starting in 2012, and as the Co-founder of Vouch App Company Inc. from 2016 to 2021.

In addition to these roles, Bobby also had a significant tenure at Patriot Land Services, where they held the positions of Owner, Title Manager, and Landman from 2006 to 2012. During this time, they contracted with Cycle Land Services, LLC (2012-current) and RedSky Land, LLC (2006-2012), and was responsible for determining title ownership for energy resource exploration. Bobby also played a role in training landmen on various tasks, such as title software, property law, research methods, title research, leasing data collection, deed plotting, and Microsoft Excel. Notably, they collaborated with an $18.8B client's software development team to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the title research software.

Bobby Simpson completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Technology Commercialization from the Texas McCombs School of Business, which they attended from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Film from Oklahoma State University between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, Bobby has acquired several certifications, including Agile Development Specialization and Digital Product Management from Coursera in February 2021. Bobby also obtained the Right of Way - Negotiation/Acquisition Certified (R/W-NAC) certification from the International Right of Way Association in September 2019.
