Craig Naylor-Smith is the Chief Executive Officer at Parseq, a leading BPO solutions provider. Since joining Parseq in March 2011, the business has doubled in size and added 44 clients to their portfolio. Prior to this role, Craig served as Managing Director at Parseq, where Craig also contributed to the growth and success of the company. With a background in client services and strong stakeholder relationships, Craig has a proven track record in delivering exceptional services to clients. Before joining Parseq, Craig held the role of Client Relationship Director at DDC OS and Head of Operations at RR Donnelley, where Craig consistently achieved and exceeded profit targets. Craig attended Soar Valley Community College for their education.
