Soledad Cassinoni

Soledad Cassinoni is a seasoned professional in People and Talent Acquisition with over 15 years of experience in multinational companies, including more than 10 years in HR roles primarily focused on talent areas such as talent acquisition, executive recruitment, and diversity & inclusion. Currently, Soledad serves as the People and Talent Acquisition Director at Parser, following previous roles including Head of Talent Acquisition at the same company and various positions at IBM. Soledad has also shared knowledge as a professor at the Instituto Municipal de Formación Superior, teaching subjects related to human relations and organizational sociology. They hold multiple degrees, including a Licentiate degree in Business/Corporate Communications and a Master's in Digital Talent Management.
