Alan Putinsky

Alan Putinsky has an extensive background in project controls and management, primarily with Parsons Corporation since June 2000, where roles have included Deputy Project Controls Director and various Vice President positions overseeing project excellence and controls across significant projects such as NEOM THE LINE. Putinsky has also led regional project controls and managed substantial teams of project controls professionals while supporting multiple projects across the organization. Prior experiences include roles at Northrop Grumman Xetron as a Financial Analyst and various positions as a Project Control Specialist and Manager at Fluor, Parsons, MK Ferguson Company, and Rust Engineering. Putinsky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology from The University of Akron.
