Andrei Mocanu

Andrei Mocanu currently serves as a Risk Manager at Parsons Corporation since July 2023. Previously, Andrei held similar positions as Risk Manager at GRAHAM Group from June 2021 to June 2023, overseeing risk management for infrastructure projects. At WSP, from July 2016 to May 2021, Andrei led risk management functions for various infrastructure schemes, supporting organizations such as National Highways and HS2. With experience as a Risk Engineer at QPM and a Project & Risk Management Consultant at Infinity Business Solutions, Andrei also coordinated risk management for oil and gas projects at OMV-Petrom and supervised project controls during construction at Iridex Group Constructii. Early in career, Andrei worked as a Project & Risk Management Consultant for EU-funded projects and held roles as a Planning Engineer and Quantity Surveyor. Andrei holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest.
