Dan Baxter

Dan Baxter, PE, is currently the Digital Infrastructure Project Director at Parsons Corporation, with a focus on intelligent transportation systems and innovative technology solutions. They have extensive experience in the engineering management field across both the private and public sectors, including roles as Vice President at CH2M HILL and President of Baxter Engineering. Dan has led major projects like the Gordie Howe Bridge and has been involved in over $1B in deployed electronics and software in the U.S. highway system. They hold dual degrees in Civil Engineering and Transportation/Mobility Management from Vanderbilt University. Dan is actively engaged in professional service through the National Academy of Sciences Transportation Research Board.
