David Romans

David Romans has extensive experience in the construction industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Romans began as an Estimator and Grade Foreman at H.E. Sargent Inc. and progressed through various roles including Project Engineer at Fru-Con Engineering and Project Manager at Sargent Corporation, where significant projects included the Wicomico County Airport Runway and Taxiway Construction. At Flatiron Construction, Romans served as Field Engineer and Project Engineer on the notable I-10 Bridge over Escambia Bay project before advancing to Construction Manager at Flatiron. In 2011, Romans founded DS Romans Construction Corp, holding the position of President until 2014. Subsequent roles at Ames Construction and Graham as a Sr. Estimator were followed by a return to Construction Management at Parsons Corporation, showcasing a strong focus on project estimating and management across various sectors.
