Dylan Bloom is an experienced coach and educator with a background in managing youth sports programs and summer camps. As a Field Hockey Coach for the Town of West Hartford from June 2021 to June 2025, Dylan effectively coordinated training for over 100 youths and developed customized lesson plans tailored to various skill levels. In a role as a Summer Camp Counselor at The Hartford Golf Club, Dylan provided educational programming for children aged 3-12 and addressed conflicts to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, as a Self Employed Sports Coach and Project Manager, Dylan established a private field hockey instruction service, focusing on marketing, relationship development, and program continuity. Dylan's extensive experience also includes a role as a Camp Counselor at Renbrook Summer Adventure Day Camp and an internship at Parsons Corporation since June 2025.
