Ellen Lord

Ellen Lord is currently the Director at Parsons. Ellen has previously held positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Raytheon, and various other companies.

Lord began their career at Raytheon in 2009 as the Business Controller for Product Support. In 2012, they were promoted to Segment Chief Financial Officer for Global Training Solutions. And in 2014, they were again promoted to Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

In 2018, Lord left Raytheon to join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the Director and CFO Worldwide Public Sector and Strategic Industries. Ellen held this position until November 2021 when they joined Parsons.

Throughout their career, Lord has demonstrated their skills in program management, business capture, investment strategy, and financial forecasting. Ellen has also fostered constructive relationships with various high-profile clients from different industries. In 2019, they generated $3B+ bookings and helped grow annual revenue by 10% while also expanding margins by 120 bps.

Ellen Lord began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Finance from Babson College. Ellen then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Boston University.
