Frank D. has extensive experience in program and project management within the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as Program Director for Parsons Corporation since December 2017, overseeing significant projects such as the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh and providing program management services for Saudi Aramco's Maritime Complex. Prior to this, Frank held various leadership positions including Ex Director at Parry Dougan Associates and Director at AECOM, where responsibilities included managing large-scale development projects such as the Qatar Emiri Naval Forces Base and the Dubai Creek Harbour Tower.
