Hailey Sims

Hailey Sims currently serves as the Eastern Regional Lead at Parsons Corporation, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Hailey worked as a Security Technician at Xator Corporation from September 2022 to September 2023 and served in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces member from November 2017 to September 2023. Hailey is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at The University of Arizona Global Campus, with an expected completion date in August 2024.
